CRIME: THEFT OF WALLET AND CREDIT CARDS
CRIME SCENE: ONE STOP SHOP, 3029 DUFF RD, LAKELAND
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CASE: #24-30075

A Lakeland man's wallet was stolen on July 26, 2024, when he was shopping at the One Stop Shop convenience store on Duff Road. He realized it the next day, and received a fraud alert that someone was attempting to use his credit cards at the Walmart located at 5800 US Hwy 98 North in Lakeland.

After an extensive investigation, loss prevention officers and PCSO detectives found the two suspects on video surveillance at Walmart, using the victim's cards on July 29, 2024.
